Going Tankless

Tankless water heaters don't include a tank, a hollowed cylindrical appliance used in standard units to keep heated H2O; hence their name. They do not include a tank because they don't store heated H2O, keeping it ready for whenever it is called upon.

Instead, tankless units just heat H2O in the moment water is called upon. When this occurs, water travels through the flow sensors, which activate the heater to turn on.  As H2O circulates around a copper heat exchanger, it warmed by way of electricity or gas.

Because there's absolutely no tank, the source of water is basically infinite.  It shouldn't run out, even if multiple individuals are using it. Tankless model water heaters are extremely energy efficient.

Tankless units only store a little bit of H2O from the heat exchanger coil; not sufficient to cause bacterial issues or expansion. This feature makes moving tankless a safer choice from the water heater world!

And since tankless units use less energy to function, the long-term energy savings are plentiful.  Not only does energy conservation conserve property owners' money, but it's also better for the environment.  This is just another superb Eco-friendly advantage to on-demand water heating appliances.
